Thank You!

Today, I can say people from 50 countries have viewed my blog!  I am not sure what country it was, either South Africa or Algeria, but they made my day!  And its only 6AM!

When I started this blog, less then two months ago, I had no idea what to expect.  For me it was a way to vent.  A way to encourage others to pursue their dreams.  Since then, I have received emails from all over the world.  Some of these emails came when I was at an all time low.  These emails motivated me to continue on my journey and continue blogging about it.  I also received a lot of other emails from viewers who knew what I was going through, as they were also going through the same thing.  It has been great to communicate with these people and share stories.

I want you all to know that this is just the beginning!  I have a lot of plans that will bring the Day 53 concept to a whole new level.  A level where everyone can contribute!  After all, from the emails I received, I am definitely not the most interesting story!

I want to leave you all with this… As I am sure many laughed when I started this blog…

If no one is laughing at your dreams.  You’re not dreaming big enough!

Thank you all!

    Hey Jimmy,

It’s Nick from back at Taconic, just checking in on the blog here. As I’ve said before, it is certainly most interesting! I’ll keep popping by checking in on it. I’m rooting you on, hoping your journey is a success!

It’s very motivational, and while qutie different from my own dreams, similar in that I am fairly sure I am going to need to work myself up to give up what I have, to get what I want. I am beginning to see that is the only way.

    Good Luck, Sir.

    Nick

Incredible! When there is no hope left, you stir it up from some inner place and keep going on. Your story is not the most unique, but your perseverance is up there. As far as someone can be from home, with monotony and money depletion looming constantly, you see the positive and act on it with conviction and belief in yourself. Your money might be lessening, but your inner value and self-worth are only growing bigger!
As a side note, there is something I’d like to make note of with the important numbers occurring in your blog and your current time upon this journey. Year 2013, Day 53, 111..they are all prime numbers. These are rare and uncommon, as the only common multiple to their values are 1 and themselves. I myself have a great interest in these values, as this makes them stand for themselves while having little support come elsewhere (let alone that they seem to have some sort of unknown power and mysterious way). This is a value that is an absolute necessity for anything or anyone that perseveres despite so much counting against it.
Good luck my friend, and keep finding value in the unknown that you believe in, regardless of the troubles and dangers undergone in that quest to explore. That is adventure!
